The INSPECTORATE Organization during
manufacturing of industrial products undertakes stage-by-stage and final
inspection as well as - if desired - quality control and inspection of raw
materials and (sub-) supplies.
The object of inspection is to ensure
conformity of the product to specifications laid down by the contract. This
will be ensured by continuous control of:

Sampling, Weighing and
Analysis
Sampling operations require highly expert
knowledge and good experience. Careless or inaccurate sampling usually leads
to misunderstanding and false judgment, and eventually may
result
in serious difficulties during processing or at end-use.
INSPECTORATE has established a fully trained
staff with extensive knowledge in
supervision and attendance of sampling and
weighing of almost all commercial types of bulk and packed commodities. The
withdrawn samples are analyzed according to requirements and standards in
specialized laboratories thus ensuring precise and reliable determinations.

Inspection of Packing
Packing inspection and supervision at
loading/unloading points are performed by experienced surveyors.
INSPECTORATE also undertakes type tests and routine examinations of all
kinds of packing to check suitability to withstand loading, unloading and
conveying conditions.

Expediting

Appraisals
One of the many activities of INSPECTORATE is
the appraisal of articles and industrial equipment and plants. The
importance of this service is shown by the continued increase in the demand

Damage Assessment

Statistical Quality Control
Quality control is based on statistics and is
carried out by exact control charts in order

Prequalification and
Confidential Surveys
At the request of clients, INSPECTORATE
undertakes the survey of factory facilities and possibilities to assess the
ability of the works to execute special contracts. INSPECTORATE also
